It was hard to tell the tone of the wood from the photos but I am glad I took the gamble, it’s the perfect tone for the look I’m going for. Solid and sturdy. For installation, of course screw into studs where possible. But in retrospect I should have installed a horizontal mounting stud in the wall for more security. But I found other ways to secure it.. Very happy with this vanity so far and our contractor complimented the quality. The amount of storage is great and the interior drawer dividers are great for separating jewelry, makeup, etc that otherwise might be jumbled in a drawer. One note: This arrives fully assembled. We did not receive the brush gold fixtures with the vanity. When we were in the Atlanta show room the salesman informed us the vanity would come with the brushed gold fixtures.
