Beautiful HEAVY chairs. These are very heavy and sturdy. They are also easy to clean. It’s an easy wipe fabric. But still fabric. This dining set is a gentle softness.

We had a very difficult time getting the 2 table top halves to separate to reveal the leaf. It turns out, the manufacturer physically **drilled screws** into the bottom of the table closed and there was nothing in the instructions telling us this detail. These "remove" block pieces blend in with the rest of the wood on the bottom of the table. They did stamp "remove," on them but again, these blocks blend into the table and unless you know to look for them, they can easily be missed. The bottom also has some interior damage I'm assuming from transit but it's hidden so I guess not a big deal aesthetic wise, but for integrity, time will tell. After attaching the table legs, two strong people are needed to get it upright because of the weight/size. Two of the chairs were wobbly but fine when sat on. Delivery was fast and great as always. I love the color of these chairs. If you are wanting a chair that’s more “white”, these aren’t it. The color is definitely more almondcream, which is what I was looking for. The design is very pleasing to the eye. I’m very short (5ft) and the height of these chairs are perfect for me. Actually ordered these on two separate occasions, one with the original 4 that I ordered, and another set of 2... several years later to replace two that were worn out. They are great chairs, hold up well to heavyweight and were easy to put together. Look very nice and was happy with the length of time that they lasted us!
