Meal prep just got easier with this clean-lined kitchen island. Overall happy with this item. I'm not a fan of the wire brush paint but knew that I would probably repaint. I think the photos are pretty realistic. Here's one of mine.. Konstantinos. Houston, TX. Wed Jul 15 2026

Crafted from engineered wood and birch veneer finish, it features a faux marble top that offers a sleek surface for meal prep, serving, or casual dining. A single cabinet and four drawers provide smart storage for cookware, utensils, or pantry items. The compact design makes it ideal for smaller kitchens or open layouts needing extra surface space. Perfect size for my apartment! Will end of changing the knobs to match my cabinets but it looks beautiful.. Sammari. Sat Sep 05 2026

Made of solid pine wood from renewable resources.

After years of deciding what would fit and look right in my kitchen, I finally found this. Order furniture online is always scary because I can't put my hands on it, so I was delighted when this arrived. It's solid wood, very sturdy, and gorgeous. Exactly the farmhouse work table look I was going for. As other reviews have said, the top is two pieces; for me, this is not a con because most antique tables are made that way. Yes, there are knots in the wood on top; it's not a smooth butcher block. Depending on how you'll be using it, that shouldn't be an issue. However, if I decide I want that, I can always take the top off and replace with a solid slab of butcher block and still be at a price lower than it would've taken me to buy everything and built this. All in all a good purchase, highly recommend.. Jlee. Thu Oct 08 2026

Such a great product! It is REAL wood…not MDF or particle board. I was planning to paint it to go with my backsplash, so painting was easy. It is exactly as pictured and really great quality. The only thing I was unsure about was the black quartz. I was terrified it would have white veining…not what I wanted in my kitchen. When it arrived, it is a lighter brownish color…perfect for my design. Hey Wayfair…take a picture of the quartz, so people know what they’re getting! We are REALLY happy with our island! OH…and the Sputnik light above the sink is from Wayfair too!. Brenda. Athens, GA. Thu Oct 01 2026

Plus, a built-in metal towel bar keeps linens within reach while prepping food.

We chose the *White Dodge Kitchen Island and we thoroughly LOVE it❣️ Btw, we think it's very slightly off-white, but that is what we wanted. It is Perfect in every way possible for us❣️ The look and colors fit into our 103 year old Craftsman House so well. Where our last island was open underneath, the Dodge Kitchen Island has plenty of closed storage space for a much less cluttered feel. Our last island was shorter in length, narrower in width; the Dodge Kitchen Island gives my SO/Fiance-Chef PLENTY of Counter Space to work with at an area of 60 by 30 inches! This means he can store his Kitchen Knives, Cutting Boards, Basket of cooking oils, plus a few other items, AND still have room to work!! We began searching for a kitchen island last year when we came across this Dodge Kitchen Island, but the price was out of range for us at the time. I saved the link, checked in now and then, looking, patiently waiting, hoping for a sale. Occasionally it did go on sale, not in a way that made it affordable for us. So I kept saving money for it. One night in the wee hours, scrolling through Wayfair I saw that it had gone on sale again, the price was $400 off; I hemmed and hawed, then just threw it in the cart and BOUGHT IT❣️ My husband-to-be LOVES cooking, I knew he LOVED THIS kitchen island, and he deserves the BEST. He woke in the middle of the night, I told him what I did, he said, "YOU WHAT??! THAT'S INSANE". I said, we do have the money in savings, you know I can rebuild it again, and you deserve the kitchen of your dreams. By morning he agreed, and now HE LOVES IT❣️ This island is very well made with thick, sturdy, pine. The wheels were in a packet strapped in the right side cupboard, the strap is screwed down; you will need a phillips screwdriver to remove it if your Pro-Relo shipper/driver does not do this for you. You will use the same screwdriver to remove the screws that are holding the front-side doors open, (they do this to keep the doors from sliding around during shipping). On the TOWEL RACK, you need not bump your knees, ROFL! The Towel Rack was merely screwed there for shipping purposes. Zip tied to the towel rack is an envelope, screws, a template, and directions; this is for you to use so you can place that towel rack at either end of the island. Chris, my Dear Love & SO says to tell you this: "Unless somebody is very skilled with a drill/driver, screw them in with a (non powered) screwdriver. It would be very easy to strip them out with just a little too much torque applied." I do believe he is correct in his assessment, pine is a VERY soft wood, if you strip out the hole you are attempting to screw the screw into, (don't say it, I know what you are thinking ), you will not be able to use said hole for placing the towel rack there. Got it? p.s. pardon the mess in our kitchen, lots of projects going on, we're getting married next month and there will be guests!. Pamela. New Mexico. Tue Jun 30 2026

This kitchen island set provides a central hub for meal prep and casual dining in your kitchen or breakfast nook. The frame is made from a blend of solid and engineered wood, featuring natural woodgrain for added depth. A built-in solid wood top offers a dedicated surface for chopping ingredients, while the integrated breakfast bar creates a spot for the 2-piece stool set to tuck away. Three drawers, two cabinets, and open exterior shelving offer plenty of storage for cookbooks and kitchen gadgets. Plus, the brushed nickel hardware adds a subtle metallic accent to the design.

I am in love with my new kitchen island! After many hours of research, I found the perfect one! The solid wood top is so nice, not too dark or light, just a beautiful medium walnut color! A nice marble built-in cutting board that is easy to remove for cleaning, plenty of storage, and two great-looking stools. I highly recommend this island!. Christine. Robbinsville, NJ. Awesome addition to kitchen. Took fold up bar piece and used as shelve above and have piece as a baking island!. Lisa. US. Sat Jan 30 2021

Make room for more prepping, gathering and storage. This large and functional kitchen island features eight wide drawers on one side, a large bottom shelf below and room for stools. Designed with an oak cradle frame that holds the tabletop above with exposed joint details on the shelf and legs below for a benchmade look and feel. Crafted from oak with iron accents.

It’s a substantial piece of furniture. I like the color and I like the dimensions. I wish that it had come in one piece and not had to be put together, but I’m sure it was too big to ship. My only other qualm is the drawers… They’re not soft close and you have to push them in and then give them another hard push to get them to close completely. Although is labeled a kitchen island, I use it as a buffet. Sam K. Gilbert, SC. Wed May 13 2026

Treat yourself and your home to a kitchen island that prioritizes plentiful storage and durability. This bright, free-standing kitchen island adds efficiency to your space with sleek storage options; organize all your cooking essentials with 6 spacious drawers plus an open lower shelf. A durable, hard-wearing melamine top is designed to resist scratches, stains, and everyday kitchen wear. Use this sturdy, chic furniture piece to help define your kitchen or place it in your dining room as a sideboard option. So versatile and stylish, you’ll wonder how you ever went without it.

Good basic island for a kitchen needing more counter and drawer space. Just like all the other reviews said, its incredibly short and about 6 inches shorter than our kitchen counters, so we plan to modify the legs to make it taller and maybe add doors to the bottom for extra cabinet space. The open shelving is very short, but nicely fits our dutch ovens and cast iron wok on display. I knew the measurements of the drawers ahead of time, so I knew Id need to configure my ziploc bags and things like tinfoil carefully, but they do in fact fit. Its nice having a junk drawer, tea drawer, and drawer for potholders and oven mitts. (I wouldnt recommend trying to use the drawers for spices as I dont think they would fit, and if they did it wouldnt fit many.) Shipping took a little over a week. The initial packages arrived with the top part damaged on the corner and a missing piece for assembly (I received two of something I only needed one of, and then zero of the piece necessary for completing the assembly), so I reached out to Wayfair customer service and they sent out the replacement pieces which took another week, but besides the inconvenience of delayed assembly it was a smooth process. All in all, Im happy with what I got for the price (380 after sale price and 15 off coupon). I wouldnt pay more than that given that none of it is real wood and assembly took me 2 hours even with an electric drill, but for the cost it looks nice in the space and functions well.. Savannah.
