The stools were packaged well and are very sturdy. They are very stiff and not as wide at the seat as I thought they would be. We ran into an issue where the seats had some staining on them due to the silica packets, getting damp and rubbing on the tag that was maroon, which caused it to get on the fabric. I called Wayfair that night, while we were putting together the stools and noticed the staining, and the gentleman that helped me couldn't have been any kinder or more thorough with getting my information. He gave my information to the manufacturer, and they took care of me right away and we very easily I came to a solution. THESE STOOLS ARE PERFECT! We got them in the prestige ivory color and I was so nervous upon them arriving because the review pictures were so difficult to tell what the prestige ivory color actually looks like. It really is a true ivory with some darker brown and gray tones. I love the way the material isn’t a solid light color as any imperfections they may develop overtime should blend well and not stick out. The seat cushion is very comfortable and I love the way that the sides have a slight arm bumper as part of the design. The wood leg color is a very very very dark brown although in some lighting it does appear almost black.
