Magnalite Frying Pan 14 Inch

Paella is a traditional recipe that celebrates flavors and sklll in a one-pan meal. As tasty as it is filling, this classic rice dish is known for its well-done bottom crust called "soccarat" to provide a crispy contrast to the tender textures of meat, seafood and vegetables. The Babish Paella Pan is the right pan to meet all the specific requirements to serve up a traditional paella dish, transporting you and your guests to Valencia - a small village in Spain where paella originated from. The paella pan's tri-ply stainless steel construction encapsulates a seamless aluminum core for uniform heat absorption and distribution from the base to the rim. The wide shape and sloping sides maximize the heat to reduce broth and sear food evenly. Safe on all stovetops, this non-reactive stainless steel pan features double-riveted side handles to offer balance when lifting and serving. Oven safe up to 500°F. Hand wash recommended.
