This couch is really firm. A little too firm for my liking, and it definitely needs more cushion for back support. It was easy to set up, and one person can easily do it on their own with some determination. The throw pillows it came with are flatter than a pancake so that’s a little annoying. The seating is firmer than many standard sofas, but that is to be expected when there is a mattress tucked into the sofa.
