Very nice! This was my first purchase from wayfair and a rather large one so I was really nervous but I love it. It is firm, not “cloud” like but I find it very comfortable, fabric is soft, it feels heavy and solid. I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. The cushions are nice and firm, but still a little bouncy and the fabric is soft. Overall, very comfortable! The pull out bed is smooth and easy to open up and put back. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I have it on carpet, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Very, very heavy. I opted to set this couch up with the L shape vs the U shape. The U shape isn’t coffee table friendly. This things is huge! It came in 3 boxes as mentioned. It did require two people to help put it together but it is lovely and comfortable! I would NOT suggest using their assembly service as it is through Angi and they cancelled on me 2x and explained that there is no specific person assigned to the job, its just if someone chooses to do it in my area. The did refund the full fee though. 2 parts are hidden in part 11 that I thought were missing. One of the inner parts was damaged and the manufacturer processed a speedy discount.
