The enameled cast iron Signature Everyday pan has a generous depth and wide surface area that is perfect for everything from pan roasting and frying to one-pan meals, simmering sauces, and more. It essentially combines the benefits of a braiser with the ease of use of a fry or sauté pan. Slightly curved sides make it effortless to stir, flip, and serve, while oversized handles provide a secure grip for transferring from stove to oven to table. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel is specially formulated to enhance cooking performance and develops a natural patina over time, making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean. Designed for daily versatility and generations of durability, the Signature Everyday Pan will quickly become a favorite in the kitchen.

Keep the exterior of your cookware looking new by cooking only on low-to-medium temperatures and by regularly wiping it with a copper polish or by using a combination of lemon and salt. Washing your cookware by hand after each use and drying by hand as well will also help to keep its color uniform. It is recommended to store your cookware in a dry location.
