Could not have been more impressed with delivery. I was contacted about delivery date 2 days prior, again the day before with a 4 hour window and an hour before arrival. It was white glove service and they made it look easy. They even tested it to be sure it worked. The only suggestion is with regards to the initial shipping. This is a wonderful loveseat and fits in our somewhat narrow family room nicely. We also have the matching couch and love this set. Love the loveseat. It's extremely comfortable. I wish it hugged the wall a little more, but it works. I took away a star (probably should have been two) because the directions and design are terrible. Connecting the power cords were self-explanatory, but the way the left and right pieces connect together was a huge miss and overkill. and the directions were even worse. Surely you could have done a better job at writing some simple directions or with the connection design. I have put pieces like this together with my eyes closed, but following these directions, the bolts were upside down, and I had to take everything apart and start over.
