Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. This chair has no height adjustable system. Chair reclining position need to be set manualy and by screw which need to tighten after seting reclining angle. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. Very nice chairs. They are very firm, which I normally do not like, but are so ergomically correct that they are actually quite comfortable. Very solid and sturdy, and the only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that the holes for the recessed bolts did not come with plugs or dowels, leaving a very unfinished look.
