This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. I like this chair a lot. It was easy for my spouse and I to assemble, and it has all of the features that I wanted. The only drawback for me personally is that the seat is a bit too low. I am 5'4" and I have Spinal Stenosis, it makes sitting down a little more difficult, so I have to use a cushion. Wow! This chair is ultra plush and comfortable! This was easy to assemble, but did have to dig one of the connection cords out from behind the felt once I discovered it was missing. Hoping the triple motor lasts and holds up to use and wear. This chair really seems to be a very nice durable quality and looks very nice as well.
