Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. We like the sofa, overall. However, when it was delivered, we unwrapped it and discovered a dirty hand print on the back of the couch and saw that some of the cushions also were dirty. The back seems the be defective in that 23 of it is filled with a backing but the last section isn’t. We called Wayfair because it also lacked pilot holes that were supposed to be on the bottom in each corner to put the feet on. We were given a discount because of all the issues, which was nice. Beautiful Sofa. Looks high end. Delivery went smoothly. Only issue is that after sitting for a bit the cushions feel like they drop down a bit in the front. I'm going to try putting a board under cushions to see if it prevents it from happening. Again, it is a lovely item. Placing a board for extra support did not resolve the issue.
