I've called and I'm waiting for some help. I ordered the Mesa 30" x 40" walk in soaker tub with shower enclosure with light and there is no light and it doesn't fit well on the bottom portion. The bottom portion says it has an inline heater but no electrician or plumber could find one and it came with no instructions and the wrong manual so we're pretty sure the wrong one got sent so I am not sure the right tub top and bottom arrived. I'm waiting for HELP as I have contractors standing by and I've spent alot of money. Pros: if I get the right thing I think it will be great, I've purchased it for my handicapped parents and we're all kind of on hold til this thing gets right. This is not the tub I received at all. And now I’m stuck with a $2,500 tub that I have to try and sell. It was dropped off by the delivery truck in a damaged box, we were told to make sure it was right without the plumber or contractor there. Had no idea, but he left and when we looked at the picture of what we ordered and what we got - not even close. It won’t work in the space it was ordered for, and customer service was no help since it wasn’t reported right away. Which is very difficult to do when working on a contractors schedule. Once they saw it, they said we’d been sent the wrong tub. I’ve had good luck with smaller Wayfair purchases, but will definitely never order appliances or large items from them ever again!. Ella’s Laydown 30” x 60” is vacuum formed from a solid acrylic sheet. Under the shell is a stainless steel frame reinforced with fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers. The frame also has multiple leveling legs that can be adjusted for an easier installation and stronger support. The non-porous material in white gloss finish is easy to clean. The main feature is a tempered glass inward swing door with a brushed finish aluminum frame. The sleek door is designed in the center of the tub, which establishes a vertical tub wall and creates a wider interior floor space opposed to that of a standard curvature wall. This, along with a low step-in threshold and textured floors, may reduce the chances of tripping and slipping when standing in, showering, and entering/exiting the tub. The Laydown 30” x 60” comes with our Single 2” Drain with emergency pull up chain, consisting of two 2” outlets and an overflow. Note: The Laydown 30” x 60” does not come with a faucet. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, hydro massage intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jet system for targeted and effective massaging. Ella’s Laydown 30” x 60” has 11 hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. These jets provide relief to your back, hips, thighs, feet and calves.

The main feature is a U-shape inward swing door made from a custom brushed stainless steel with a frosted tempered glass window. An extended lever lock creates a waterproof seal. The 2-Piece fast-fill (16 GPM based on plumbing conditions) faucet has: a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. It also uses Ella’s Dual Drain Technology, consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing for the fastest gravity driven drain in the industry.
