Decorated my whole house through Wayfair. I have to say, I was skeptical about ordering online, but Wayfair made it not only very easy, but I was able to keep within my budget and the products purchased were great qualitybuys! I did have an issue due to the timing of my move and shipments wherein the items were not able to be held on vacation hold due to the Fedexs policy (NOT Wayfair) but I will say, they worked with me EVERY step of the way with calls providing updates from the customer service reps. Robin was especially amazing and helpful. All items were packaged very well and I have to say the quality was far better than the furniture store that I had purchased before finding Wayfair. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. We got this in the tan color. We put it in a location that wasn't wide enough to accommodate the arms, for now. Only gave it four stars because there was a slight hic-up with one of the legs and a hole being missing so we had to screw it or yet create it ourselves.
