When we received the console and was putting it together we noticed one of the doors was broken, so we decided not to send it back or put the doors on it. It was really easy to put together and the instructions were very easy to follow. We were in a time restraint to get our rental home ready for tenants The console itself is nice, but way too short for the space I didn’t know it was as short as it was. I ordered the 50in linear electric fireplace for my bedroom and I love it. This is the second electric fireplace I have gotten and the other one I got was by a different brand and while I really like it, I like this one even more for its very subtle controls. I had to really zoom in so you can see them. From standing height you cannot see the switch and you cannot see the blacked out controls on the face of the fireplace. Heat output is excellent even on low! Although, it is only has high and low as temperatures settings. A remote and everything you need for mounting is included.
