I really like this fireplace. It integrates with my smart home (Alexa) and it looks nice. It's heavy so you are going to need two people to mount it.. Eric. Matthews, NC. Mon Jul 27 2026

The standout quality of this fireplace is the true-to-life, realistic LED flame display. Easy to install, these smokeless electric fireplaces can be added to any room - no venting or chimney needed. Besides the remote control and touch panel, you will be able to operate the fireplace heater by APP or Alexa to reach Smart Home Control anytime and anywhere easily. This is a great fireplace. We had the unfortunate experience of two being shipped with damage because the packaging wasn’t good. didn’t notice the damage until we were passed the return window at 6 weeks vs 30 days because my contractor was running behind on the install. But Wayfair took care of us. The manufacturer has assured us they have taken care of the packaging issue. I hope they have because the product is truly awesome. My contractor was able to bend the damaged piece back so it’s not so noticeable. It’s still not perfect but not trying again! Had to pay my contractor to come out each time to install. The product itself is great but advice just unpackaged the entire thing upon receipt to make sure the bottom isn’t damaged. We bought this because of the great reviews and I was so sad at the shipping damage. I built a $12k feature wall to showcase this so was sad that sloppy FedEx made this a terrible experience. In the end Wayfair took care of us though so I’m happy.. Ann. Indianapolis, IN. Mon Sep 21 2026

Just the perfect size for the fireplace wall that we are building. Fake wood inside makes it more realistic than crystals. The only one that I dont like is that its a little noisy. I cant handle this noise for a long time. Still keep it since its visually what I am looking for but if you want a fireplace no noise its not this one.. Oksana. Panama City Beach, FL. I ordered this 68 inch wide fireplace and it is striking. It was well packaged and arrived in great shape. The large scale, black mirror-like glass finish, and linear design will really complement the modern living room remodel I am doing. When I ordered it, I was a little concerned about how noticeable the control buttons on the front would be but I think they are clean and unobtrusive as they are recessed a bit. Great product. The fire place was well packaged and contained well written instructions. The side glass gives it a unique look when you enter the room.
