For some reason, the drain and overflow accessories weren’t compatible with our plumbing system, so we had to swap those out, and I wish deer valley made it easier to find other options that are compatible not only with different plumbing but with different finishes. This tub looks beautiful in the picture. The tub that came was not the tub we ordered, so we started the return process which showed that we would have to pay $150 freight costs. My husband talked to a representative on the phone and they said there was no way to reverse the charge because we had started a return online, so they only issued the refund for the tub cost. I contacted customer service via email listed at the bottom of the original order, explained the situation and asked for a refund of the freight cost since the we had not received the tub we had ordered. With in 48 hours I had an email response letting me know we would be refunded freight costs and it was back in our account 24 hours after that. We have ordered from Wayfair frequently in the past and this is the first time we have had any issue.
