The bathtub itself likely will suit our needs once we are able to use it. However, after having installed this 440-pound tub we found out the overflow hole is a half-inch smaller than the schematic shows. Thus, we could not install a standard-sized overflow valve such as one could buy at any American plumbing store. This put our project way behind schedule. We went from store to store to try and match the screw-hole dimension without success. We finally reached out to Wayfair who immediately understood and made inquiries on our behalf (thank you, Catherine, at Wayfair). Excellent pressure from the JETS and the colors when the lights are on are absolutely amazing. They rotate colors and fill the room with the colorful accents. I was in search of a free standing tub that had completely straight/square sides versus the many that are sold with curves and angles. I needed this to fit in a corner without leaving spaces between the tub and wall that would either trap water or dust. This was the the one squared tub that I found within my price range, with others being 2-3 times as much for some reason, so I bought it in the only version available at the time (glossy gray). It's here now, I've opened the box to take a look and it is really beautiful and substantial while also being a foot shorter in length than the alcove tub it's replacing (space that I was eager to gain in a small bathroom). I'm really excited to get it installed and will be putting in a fixed glass panel on the non-wall end and a pivoting glass panel door along the exposed side since it will get the most use as a shower.
