With a powerful 1500 wattage, it heats up the broth fast and evenly. When it's time to cook your meat, seafood, and vegetables in the broth, the front power dial gives you easy access to adjusting the temperature to the desired level. With dishwasher-safe removable parts, cleanup is easier than ever before.

I bought this hotpot for my friend’s birthday and she loved it. I already have one from this brand and have been using it nonstop ever since. We do Chinese and Japanese hotpot and it’s been a blast having people over and eating together. In a world that feels very disconnected sometimes, hotpot always brings a very communal vibe that I think we all need. Not to get weirdly emotional about an application, but this hotpot has been at the center each fun memory. My friend LOVES her gift and is already planning her next hotpot night. The practical side of this review is it’s easy to clean, it’s quick to heat up, and the duel sides are a must. No complaints here!. Hannah. Sat Oct 25 2025

Stainless steel sears. Non-stick releases. Most kitchens need both, which usually means two sets of pots and pans competing for cabinet space. The Lexi Home 7-Piece Cookware Set puts both on one surface. Each piece is tri-ply stainless steel cookware, built with an aluminum core between two layers of steel for even heat across the pan. The cooking surface is etched in a diamond pattern. Raised steel handles the sear. Non-stick in the recesses handles the release. Eggs slide free. Steak builds a crust. Pan sauces start from the fond, not from scratch. That is the working principle behind hybrid cookware, and the reason one etched non-stick cookware set can do the work of two. The set covers the core of daily cooking for home chefs. A 10-inch skillet for eggs and quick sears. A 2.7-quart saucepan for grains and sauces. A 4.2-quart sauté pan for one-pan dinners. A 4.8-quart casserole for soups, braises, and pasta. Three lids hold in heat and moisture. Every piece works on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, moves from stovetop to oven - without the lids - up to 500°F, and goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. With steel on every exterior surface and steel on the cooking peaks, this kitchen cookware set is built as durable cookware for daily use. Hybrid performance, without the hybrid price tag.

We love this set of cookware. Professionally made and the closest to a commercial set as I’ve been in years. I’m looking forward to many years of use!. Mark N. Fredericksburg, TX. Thu Sep 03 2026

Unlike some competitor cookware sets, the Viking 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set is made from real copper. Because of this, your professional cookware set will show color variations caused by heat, marks from fingerprints, and will develop a rich patina over time. These natural cosmetic changes to the copper will not affect its cooking performance. Easily keep your cookware set looking like new with a copper polish such as PennyBrite by EZ Brite or with a mixture of lemon and salt. Make pre-heating pans a thing of the past! Due to its high thermal conductivity, you’ll achieve perfectly uniform heating and unrivaled temperature control. Your copper cookware will not only heat up quickly, but it cools quickly as well, making it the perfect companion for cooks seeking precision and control in their cooking. That's why saucier’s and confectionerie’s prize copper cookware to handle these delicate tasks. When it comes to cooking with copper cookware, keep your heat low to moderate and let the pan do the rest! Featuring a durable 18/8 stainless steel interior, you'll never have to worry about copper or other metals leaching into your food. The aluminum-alloy core found in the Viking 13-piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set evenly transfers heat from rim-to-rim, eliminating hot spots and giving you the perfect sear each and every time. These metals distribute heat more evenly across the pan while also maintaining a higher cooking temperature, even while cooking on low-to-medium heat. Ergonomic handles reduce pressure on your wrists and ensure a comfortable grip. Vented, tempered glass lids help prevent boilovers and allow you to monitor progress without losing heat. The vented glass lids also provide stability on the pan, eliminating wobbling as steam builds up in the pan. The non-porous inner layer of stainless steel makes it easy to clean and sanitize yet it is non-reactive so there is no etching or interaction with acidic sauces or other ingredients ensuring that the cookware does not impact the flavor of your dish. The set also includes a single-ply stainless steel pasta insert that fits the 8-qt. stockpot, turning it into a multi-purpose pasta cooker. The pasta strainer allows you to cook and strain the pasta with the same insert, eliminating the need to use a separate colander or strainer. By removing the pasta directly from the stockpot, it allows you to save the water for finishing the perfect sauce just like professional chefs do. Keep the exterior of your cookware looking new by cooking only on low-to-medium temperatures and by regularly wiping it with a copper polish or by using a combination of lemon and salt. Washing your cookware by hand after each use and drying by hand as well will also help to keep its color uniform. It is recommended to store your cookware in a dry location. Q: How to use a non-stick pan? A: Preheat the pan over medium-low heat for a few minutes before cooking, then pour in a small amount of oil to coat the bottom. This prevents food from sticking and allows the pan to perform at its best. Also, avoid using high heat unless frying or grilling. Q: How to prevent the enamel coating from peeling off? A: Avoid using the pan over high heat for extended periods; allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing with warm water to prevent the enamel from peeling off due to drastic temperature changes; handle with care to avoid impacts. Q: How to clean stubborn stains? A: If there are residual stains on the bottom of the pan, soak it in warm soapy water for 1-2 hours, then scrub it clean with a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, a small amount of baking soda works very well. Never use metal cookware or scouring pads, as they will damage the enamel coating. Silicone or wooden cookware can be used instead.

Exactly as described! The pans are quite nice and feel like quality cast iron cookware. I am interested to see how they hold up over time with sourdough baking and soup making. For this price point though and at this time I would recommend.. Ilyssa. Orlando, FL. Fri Sep 25 2026
