This came packaged in one box no damage delivered straight to my door. It was a very heavy package, though once opened it fluffed right up. It’s a lovely cute little couch. Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! Very nice couch. The gentleman that was sent to put it together was fast, pleasant and efficient. The only downfall for me was it was dropped off (3 boxes) by FedEx outside my home. The couch it’s self fluffed up really nicely and is very comfortable. However the advertised USB ports do not work and came like that and that was part of the reason I picked this couch. Paying that type of money for a couch you should receive everything as advertised. Customer service is not helping due to not being in warranty even though it came broken.
