I really appreciated having it set up for us, even though it's a pretty simple assembly. I paid over $900, which I think might be a little overpriced for the quality. First, I was surprised at how quickly this arrived-- just two days after I placed the order! Second, I had to get help from a family member to bring it inside, as the box was taller than me and awkward to manage, but extremely well packaged. The next day another family member helped put it together, and we were both impressed how easy it was. And third, it is beautiful! Just exactly the color I love; I wouldn't describe it as "light blue": it is more of a light teal color. The material feels so soft, and I love the two little pillows that came with. I don't know how it'll hold up over time, but for this price it is worth it. I wish now I'd ordered two, because the love seat I had previously in the living room now looks gigantic, whereas the new sofa fits my smallish living room much better. I can see now I had oversized furniture before. The cushions feel a bit uneven: towards the center of the sofa the cushions are firm, which I like. Towards the ends near the armrests, the cushions feel just a bit less firm, but not squashy. Overall I am thrilled-- I'm in love with the color and the feel, and love how it makes the room feel larger. The pillows are a little odd and took some getting used to, but overall it’s actually really comfortable and feels great to sit on. My biggest complaint is that it makes a cracking or popping noise almost every time I sit down or move around on it, which is pretty annoying and makes it feel less sturdy than I expected. It is gorgeous but ...it took 3 attempts and MONTHs to get this... first one broke down before even delivery , second one arrived with broken/ chipped off arm , finally the third one was packed appropriately for damage control and delivered in one piece !
