Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! I’m very happy with my 2 new lounge chairs recliners. So far they function wonderfully from sitting to reclining positions. On both sides of the chair there are two buttons that tightlock the chosen chair position, so it stays secure.
