Im not entirely pleased with this purchase. I received the box torn up and I knew there was going to be a problem. I open it and there is no assembly guide. But the chair was easy to figure out. It looked used and It was missing the back cushion. I sent Wayfair a message about the missing parts but for what its priced, there should be someone checking to make sure each item is new and unused and the box is not tampered with. This was an unusually bad experience with Wayfair for me. Update Wayfair sent the back pillow in 3 days. Very fast shipping. The couch is now complete and very very comfortable. This chair is exactly what I was looking for. The boucle is gorgeous and I love the fun, modern shape. I was worried that it was going to be huge, but it really doesn't seem much larger than a normal accent chair. I can curl up in it with my legs up and it is very comfortable. It is firm, but not so firm that it isn't comfortable. The fabric is a beautiful cream boucle. I was worried it might look like sherpa, but it looks like boucle. I got the chair for an incredible price and I couldn't be happier with it. The assembly went well. The color is a darker gray, although it did say taupe. We’re keeping it for the fact that it’s still matches in our room. This chair replaced a loveseat that we didn’t need anymore. It accommodate a taller person with longer legs due to the dimensions of the cushion from knee to hip. it is a little lower to the ground than I anticipated, but it is doable.
