The product is great, but the delivery service was terrible. The two young Asian guys quite literally rolled the boxes from the road to my door. I was amazed that nothing was damaged. They did not know how to use the straps and gave up after five minutes trying to use them. So risked damage to my order.. Chris Tucker. High River, AB. Thu Jun 25 2026

I got the loveseat version in caramel brown. It looks great in person and feels firm but comfortable, and the leather is really soft. The white glove delivery service was excellent. I’ve included photos for reference, including the back, which wasn’t very clear in the listing. For clarity, the inside seating width (arm to arm) is about 50 inches. After about 2 months, it’s holding up really well. I’m happy with my purchase.. Jess. Texas. Mon Apr 27 2026

The tablechairs are of good quality. The instructions are inadequate, particularly regarding the option to install parts 180 degrees off. I noticed misalignment only later in the process.
