Have had this sofa for nearly 5 years now, and it's actually very stylish and comfy. We condition it once a month, and it's pretty sturdy. I like that the cushions are velcroed on so they don't slide, but be advised that any underside of a cushion is a sort of felt-type material that hangs onto dirt and dog hair. This was the best experience I've ever had with delivery. The couch is beautiful...but the delivering folks were incredible. My delivery guys pulled up in the Wayfair truck, introduced themselves, then quickly got to work. While holding my couch pieces, they kicked their shoes off, each time, at the front entrance, so not to track in debris. I did not ask them to do this but I couldn't be more appreciative.
