My husband and I ordered 2 of these and are loving them. The fact that they have wheels is great. It took me several hours to assemble. Instructions were easy to follow. A few of the parts were damaged but I was able to order replacement parts easily at no extra charge. Wayfair is great at backing their products up. The only struggle I had was the metal doors don’t look like they are going to line up so I spent extra time on them. As soon as I placed them the doors lined up better. I think I was on a slope on my driveway when I assemble but as soon as I placed them on level surface they were fine. Make sure you examine all the pieces before you assemble so you know if you need to order replacement parts before you start to assemble.. Kim. Pleasanton, CA. Mon Sep 07 2026

This freestanding armoire keeps your space organized and clutter-free. It's crafted from engineered wood, making it easy to suit your home's layout. Two large paneled doors open to reveal a sizable interior that includes a clothing rod and two lower tiers. There are also two drawers underneath for folded clothes, towels, and linens. To round out the design, there's even room on top for storage or display. We also love that it features an adjustable shelf and a metal hanging rod to maximize your storage potential.

The American Country Vintage Armoire works very well for our guest bedroom. It’s a bit flimsy, but we are bolting it to the wall which (instead of using the anti-tipping straps) which will strengthen it nicely. The doors line up well we added a mirror to the inside doors for our guests. The hardware package had everything we needed for assembly each in its own bag-no missingleft over parts! I really appreciated the round stickers in the same print as the cabinet to hide the screw holes. The drawers aren’t very deeplong but I’m using it for linen storage and the occasional house guests so that’s not problematic for us. Four stars due to the cabinet looking a little like a yellow pine color rather than the light brownish I expected. Rated it four out of five stars based on the color-it’s more of a yellowish pine color than the light brown I thought it would be but it’s not a deal breaker.. Goldie Mom. CA. Mon Sep 28 2026

Very sturdy. Well machined and parts fit together very well. Good value. Instructions are too small to see some parts. Need to enlarge diagrams more. Once together it is more difficult to align doors by just adjusting the feet. I like the looks. More high-end look than big box stores offerings. I bought three. First one took 6 hours to put together, second one took 4.5 hours, third done in just over 2 hours. You may find professional installation is worth it.. David Anderson. Jacksonville, FL. I decided on this cabinet because of the positive reviews, and am so glad I did! I purchased two, and they are well built, there was no damage, and assembly was straightforward. My son (who is a licensed builder) put the first one together in 1 hour, and the second in 30 minutes. Using a power tool for the screws made it go quite quickly. My son was quite familiar with these types of hinges so didn’t have any trouble, but there are instructions as to how to adjust these to get proper closure of the doors. Thanks also to Prepac for including extra hardware - I have put together similar items in which much time was wasted looking for similar nails or screws because not enough was included. Very happy with my purchase.. Kim. Okemos, MI. Sun Apr 12 2026

I purchased two of these storage units a few years ago, and they’ve been surprisingly versatile! We originally used both in our playroom to store kids’ toys. After moving last year and as the kids have gotten older, I repurposed one for our laundry room to store cleaning supplies, pool towels, and other household essentials. Since I still have a toddler, I added a childproof lock to keep cleaning products safely out of reach. There’s plenty of storage space, and we typically keep a small step stool on the bottom shelf as well. The second unit is in our basement and is used for miscellaneous household storage. I love that the shelves are adjustable, making it easy to customize the space for different items as our needs change. One thing to note is that we did encounter a few imperfections during assembly, so I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re planning a perfectly seamless, custom built-in look. However, for everyday storage, they’re attractive, functional, and hold a ton of stuff. I’ve been happy with how easily we’ve been able to repurpose them throughout our home over the years!. Mandy.
