The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. I alleviated both of these problems by cutting a thick sheet of cardboard and supergluing to the bottom. The glue inadvertently soaked through the thin fabric on the bottom of the bin and also glued the inner support board into place. Now the bin feels more solid.
