The delivery for this couch was wonderful. They updated my time window for delivery the night before, and messaged me an hour out to let me know they were on their way. Compared to some of the other couches I’ve seen from Wayfair, these are much more filled and soft and plush. It’s a light couch, and easy to move, but feels sturdy. The sofa is amazing and beautiful… that itself was worth the wait as it was a custom-made item. However, the delivery service was awful. The gentleman who delivered the item took the plastic off while it was still in the truck and proceeded to mark up and stain the off-white couch between the truck and bringing it into our home. Unfortunately, there are 10 areas at least on the cushions and the couch that have been marked. I love my new couch! I got the Herring cove aqua fabric. I like this fabric because it has olefin in it so it will not wear easily. It is a very firm sofa but I like that. I don't like sinking down into things. Plus, I think it will last a long time. I was very happy with Western Peaks Logistics , the delivery company that delivered it.
