Giving 5, because I did like the tub. BUT - Adding this note because it wasn’t on the spec sheet, but this tub has holes at the top for an attached faucet. I like it. It is small and I can't lie on my stomach in it. It has good back support. Great for small bathrooms. Had to remove it from the crate in order to fit it through our door. Packaged measurements would be useful. We live in a bangalow and I do not know how we would get it in if we were to be in a condo. This beautiful bath tub has been a labor of love - the process of choosing one that is. I looked at more modern styles by Victoria + Albert, and in person I was pretty disappointed with the volcanic limestone. It felt like cheap plastic to me & my husband. It could be fantastic, but it just felt cheap. I decided I wanted something more solid and classic in both look & feel. Cheviot has been a wonderful company to work with. I chose the custom exterior color “Midnight Navy” by Benjamin Moore, and I absolutely love it! Our home remodel and bathroom extension is still underway, so I haven’t had the tub installed yet. I have however sat in it many times, and it’s very comfortable. I do wish I would have gone for the longer size. I am 5’6 1/2”.
