Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. The Mystique is designed with a Mediterranean influence, adding classical decadence to any bathroom. Built to accommodate two bathers, the Mystique features molded armrests and pillows at both ends of the tub, along with six fully recessed swirling back jets. Soaking and Thermal Air models will not feature back jet recesses.

I purchased this Whirlpool bathtub and received it 3 weeks later without a whirlpool feature. AT FIRST, Customer service admitted the mistake and arranged for the correct bathtub to be shipped. HOWEVER, 2 days later I was sent an email that the company misrepresented this bathtub and it should not have a whirlpool feature. They can offer me $500 discount to keep it or ship it back and be reimbursed for the shipping cost. This bathtub weighs over 200 lbs . I had to take down the stair railing, so three men could carry it to the third floor of my house and uncrate it. NOW I AM STUCK WITH THIS MONSTROSITY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MASTER BEDROOM and Wayfair is telling me to ship it back for the reimbursement!
