I love these curtains. They’re the perfect bohemian feminine look and pair perfectly with my mid-century mod and antique furniture. I currently have them hanging so the tassels are right above or skimming the floor. I wasnt sure about these when I first opened the packages. The smell was so strong that I had to put them in the wash immediately (watch out for crazy amounts of fuzz from the chenille!). The pattern is also printed on, not embroidered, and I thought it might look tacky. They came out of the wash pretty wrinkled even though I took them out right away, and the instructions say not to iron. And after all that - I really love them! I was looking for something very sheer, but with a subtle, natural pattern and color. This fits the bill. I chose the “gold” color, but the embroidery is actually a natural, tan color, and the sheer material is also more natural than bright white. In one of my pictures I tried to get a good shot of the curtain against the beige wall and the white ceiling. You can also see the silver grommets and how they look on a white curtain rod.
