The room is currently unusable. As a long-standing Wayfair customer, I have never experienced anything like this. Returning it would also be a tremendous hassle because I paid for professional assembly and would now need it disassembled and package item. I truly regret this purchase. Spectacular daybed! I bought this daybed to go at the foot of my bed like a massive bench. It did not disappoint! Assembled was straight forward. Just attach the legs if want it to sit up about an inch higher. Then slide the armrests in the corresponding metal grooves on both sides and you're done! We love it! The velvet material is soft and cozy. We found a matching grey fitted sheet and zippered pillowcases to help pull it together to make it look more like a couch. I love that it can instantly be transformed to a guest bed. My ten year old daughter helped me assemble it in an evening. It’s what we needed for our space.
