The chair itself is nice but the delivery was a nightmare. They changed my delivery date, which was inconvenient for me, and the the guy sweat all over my chair and says it would go away. Well it didn't. This is so gross. The white guy was very rude and seemed to be racist. If I have to deal with this delivery company, I will never purchase from wayfair again. Wow! This sofa is better than expected! It’s much larger in person. I ordered it specifically because it had deep seeds and a tall back. We have a very tall family, and I thought that this would be a good fit for us. I was correct. The cushions are very thick and the fabric is soft and of good quality. The cushions are firm, but I’m sure will give over time. Color is more light beige. I would not call it cream. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered a sofa without seeing it in person. I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. OH MY this couch is PERFECT for me. I bought it in the EARTH color and it's really a great sand color (without being too brown or gold). It's not at all gray if it looks that way in the photos. The photo from straight forward in front of it is most accurate for color. You can see that it goes with my rug 100%! (rug is from Amzn only $99! by the way). YES, it's VERY VERY firm and I love that. I'm femal and 60 with a not so young lower back (kind of cranky) and since the parts were pretty light I could put it together all by myself! (and I never do anything by myself). Don't let that fool you. Inside is a very well cut and sturdy/thick HARD WOOD (no cardboard or metal bars) so that was reassuring. I'm so happy with it I can't stop happy dancing. The instructions were simple to follow. Only once did I have to bang bang a part with a hammer to get things to line up but even doing that took seconds and BAM - everything there fell right into place. This is WORTH the money. It's a sturdy couch and any smaller person or small family or person with a smaller space can enjoy. MEASURE your space/so you don't buy this and find that it's too small. I'm a real chicken with buying anything like this online. What if it's the wrong color? What if it arrives damaged? What if I can't put it together? ------- Throw all those worries away and look forward to enjoying this couch, I know I will! I can't speak for the other colors, but I'd say this is a true sand or warm mushroom color for sure. I was going to order the brown, but the reviews said and showed it to be a light gold, and I definitely didn't want that. If I had the space, I'd order another one and place them together in an "L" shape...but that's only happening in a larger apartment. I recently got the 90" Ava Sofa with the matching ottoman, and I've been really impressed with it. From the moment it arrived, the setup was incredibly simple. The only assembly required was attaching the legs, which took just a few minutes, so it was ready to use almost immediately. The movable ottoman is an incredibly versatile accessory because you can position it however works best for your space. The cushion covers unzip easily, making them simple to remove for washing which is incredible especially for a light-colored sofa. Finally, I can't express how comfortable this couch is. I’m very happy with this purchase overall. The sofa arrived in two boxes, and I was able to assemble it on my own after reaching out to customer service for clarification. They were responsive and helpful, which made the process much smoother. Once I had the right guidance, assembly was straightforward—even solo. The seat cushions are comfortable. The back cushions could use a bit more stuffing for extra support, but they still work well. The linen fabric feels durable and looks great in my space.
