The chair itself is nice but the delivery was a nightmare. They changed my delivery date, which was inconvenient for me, and the the guy sweat all over my chair and says it would go away. Well it didn't. This is so gross. The white guy was very rude and seemed to be racist. If I have to deal with this delivery company, I will never purchase from wayfair again. Wow! This sofa is better than expected! It’s much larger in person. I ordered it specifically because it had deep seeds and a tall back. We have a very tall family, and I thought that this would be a good fit for us. I was correct. The cushions are very thick and the fabric is soft and of good quality. The cushions are firm, but I’m sure will give over time. Color is more light beige. I would not call it cream. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered a sofa without seeing it in person. I really like this sofa bed overall. It’s the perfect size for two smaller adults to sleep comfortably, and it’s a great option for a small apartment without taking up too much space. The only issue I had is that one of the wheels underneath tends to come loose when pulling the bed out. It seems like that part wasn’t assembled very well. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine.
