It’s surprisingly sturdy, too, with a weight capacity that can handle three people without feeling flimsy. The cushions are made of that olefin fabric, which is great because it doesnt fade in the sun and handles the occasional drizzle just fine, plus being able to zip off the covers and toss them in the wash is a lifesaver with kids around. Just a heads-up, though the cushions are definitely on the firmer side, so dont expect them to be super squishy or like a living room sofa. Assembly is a breeze and can be done in about 10 minutes by one person, as everything you need comes in the box. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers..
