[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm pleased with the shed I finished two days ago. We're using it as storage and a workshop while we convert our garage into a playroom for our kids. There are several things we like about it, including the design, ample space, affordable price, and the fact that it's easy to maintain with just a pressure wash. However, there are a few downsides. Since it's made of plastic, some of the pieces didn't fit together as smoothly as expected, despite my efforts to level the platform and deburr the edges. Specifically, some of the corner trim was slightly too long, which prevented the corner roof panels from fitting properly. Additionally, the holes in the top tiles didn't line up exactly with the main roof panels, even though the panels lined up with the trusses and walls. The window latches were also difficult to turn, and I had to trim the plastic inserts significantly to get them to work. I'll need to contact Lifetime to get a couple of replacement windows due to a manufacturing defect. Despite these minor issues, I'm satisfied with the shed overall. I did have some difficulty putting most of it together alone. The doors absolutely require two people, so it's definitely easier with help throughout. I'm glad I received good help with the doors. I didn't need to level or have any issues with the door assembly. I love the rolling double door and single door. It's great to open it up in nice weather and makes it convenient for ventilation when using a table saw and then blowing out the sawdust. The directions, YouTube video, and BILT app were helpful and straightforward. If you have DIY experience, it's not overwhelming, but it's still a big project that took me a full workweek to complete. There were a lot of screws and bolts, and it was much more time-consuming than the two other plastic sheds I've built before. I will be pulling an electric permit to run a subpanel for power and lights. I will also be building an internal wood frame. I am grateful for the product.. Benny. Portland, OR. Tue Apr 02 2024

After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. The only reason I am giving 4 is because it involves a lot of labor and preparation. You have to buy lumber and build foundation. Very labor intense and time consuming. Irina. Solon, OH. Tue Jul 14 2026

This outdoor storage shed provides a spacious area for organizing tools, bikes, and lawn equipment. It is built from high-density polyethylene plastic reinforced with galvanized steel for long-lasting durability. The structure features a gable roof style and tongue-and-groove cladding designed to withstand year-round weather conditions. The slip-resistant floor is included, and the double doors are compatible with a padlock for added security. With a 65 mph wind rating and fire-resistant properties, this unit offers a secure environment for various storage needs.

It is very sturdy and looks great. It is very spacious and has great ventilation. At first the front doors were hard to align. We needed to adjust the alignment with some shims. Love the sturdiness with the metal frames it comes with. Has withstood some strong winds and it is still standing. Anonymous. Mon Jun 22 2026

Love our new shed! The end product is fantastic and money well spent! We just wish the instructions were clearer and the parts were more organized in each box (the instruction manual was in box 3 of 5). The doors were the hardest part to assemble correctly. Spacious, sturdy, but the right end did not stack up well. We tried sliding it a few times unscrewing it re-screwing it hoping it would align better, but it did not. There’s a widening on one side- hoping moisture rain doesn’t enter the box.. Rosemary. Richmond, TX. Wed Aug 12 2026

If you read line by line it will be pretty easy to install. Between 2 people it took about 5 hours with breaks along the way. Again read line by line. There was a few latches that oneone side were place differently than the opposite side. We got stuck here for about 30 min before realizing it was incorrect. Hardest part is the roof.. Sylvia. The shed was just what we needed. The assembly however was put off six different times as the installation people cancelled on every opportunity. So far so good. So far, Wayfair has done everything we asked of them and kept us up to date with appropriate notifications. Our shed just got delivered today, which is 2 weeks earlier than anticipated, and the delivery team was very friendly, competent and punctual. They exceeded our expectations. Now we wait to get the shed assembled which is a great service for Wayfair to offer since no local contractors want to deal with as quickly as Wayfair.
