Amazing addition to our garage gym! I can get an amazing lower body workout in a few exercises. This piece is well made and sturdy. I don’t feel it rolls as smooth as I would like, but I may add some kind of lubricant to fix that. Check your pieces when unboxing because we had a couple pieces that were bent, but the supplier sent us new pieces with no problem. The assembly instructions were amazingly clear and well packaged. The hardware is labeled by step so even though it was a lot of pieces it wasn’t daunting to assemble. This piece of equipment has many cool features. It works with standard and Olympic size plates. It has a spot for band attachments. It has so many adjustments to target different areas of your legs. The back pad and shoulder pads are comfortable. I love that it adjusts to be able to work for me (5’3”) and my husband (6’3”). If you have the space, a leg press is a very effective lower body workout in a short amount of time.. Alison. Wylie, TX. Imagine your garage stuffed with a leg press here, a lat machine there, and a pile of plates you’re constantly rearranging between sets. Picture this: after a long workday, you walk into your cozy home gym, adjust the padded seat, and start your leg day with smooth, guided Smith machine squats. Then, without moving to another corner of the room, you clip on the cable crossover handles for a few chest flyes while your favorite playlist fills the air. That’s the everyday reality this home gym creates. Designed to blend into your living space like a piece of fitness furniture, it features a sturdy steel frame, a LAT pulldown system with a leg hold-down, and a compact footprint that doesn’t overwhelm your room. Whether you’re a parent squeezing in a quick workout or a lifter chasing new PRs, this machine makes home training feel natural, convenient, and seriously effective.

What if you could replace every machine at your local gym with one unit that fits where your old squat rack used to be? Picture this: You're finishing a set of heavy Smith machine presses, then — without re-racking a single plate — you step inside the cage for squats, slide the dual pulleys into position for lat pulldowns, and finally lock in the vertical leg press for a brutal finisher. All while your training partner works the other side of the cable system. This isn't just a rack; it's your personal commercial-grade training fortress, engineered to give you 10 stations, 200+ exercises, and zero excuses.

No waiting, no re-racking plates, no compromising. This isn't just a home gym; it's a dual-sided training fortress where every workout feels custom-built, every session is shared, and every square inch works harder than you do.

This all-in-one delt machine targets all three deltoid heads through a shoulder press, lateral raise, and a dedicated rear-delt reverse fly, featuring independent movement arms to correct muscle imbalances. With three anterior-delt specific grips—including a new neutral-grip handle for enhanced activation—and high-density padded support, it enables focused, heavy lifting in comfort.

Great shoulder workout machine without buying multiple bulky pieces of equipment, this combo machine is a fantastic space-saver. By combining a dedicated overhead press with a lateral raise station, it effectively targets all the shoulder workout at home. The absolute standout feature of this machine is its versatility. You can seamlessly transition from heavy overhead presses to isolating your middle delts with the lateral raise arms. Because it uses weight plates instead of a built-in weight stack, the machine is much easier to move and assemble. It also allows you to utilize the standard or Olympic plates you likely already own. The seat pad is adjustable. The thick, powder-coated red steel frame provides a sturdy and stable base. It doesn't rock or feel flimsy when loaded up with heavy plates. The black upholstery on the seat, backrest, and arm pads makes it comfortable to sit on. As with most heavy-duty home gym equipment, it took me a couple hours to assemble. i was able to do it by myself. Having a socket wrench set will make tightening all those bolts significantly faster than using the basic tools. It is heavy duty.. Molly. Saint Louis, MO. Mon Apr 20 2026
