After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. After a year, I wanted to see how this shed lasts. I bought it because it is a very nice looking shed. It wasn't too hard putting together. 4 guys. Instruction book is okay. Lots of room inside. But, here are the issues. 1) The doors do not line up and opening / closing them is a bit difficult. I don't even open the left one and I have to smash the right one into place. 2) there is one skylight that leaks. I have caulked it and have no idea why it is still leaking. Or it could be a roof seam. Is it still worth buying? I say yes. I like Lifetime products. Now I have to see what the company will do about the issues.. Purr. Sun Sep 06 2026

If you read line by line it will be pretty easy to install. Between 2 people it took about 5 hours with breaks along the way. Again read line by line. There was a few latches that oneone side were place differently than the opposite side. We got stuck here for about 30 min before realizing it was incorrect. Hardest part is the roof.. Sylvia. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm pleased with the shed I finished two days ago. We're using it as storage and a workshop while we convert our garage into a playroom for our kids. There are several things we like about it, including the design, ample space, affordable price, and the fact that it's easy to maintain with just a pressure wash. However, there are a few downsides. Since it's made of plastic, some of the pieces didn't fit together as smoothly as expected, despite my efforts to level the platform and deburr the edges. Specifically, some of the corner trim was slightly too long, which prevented the corner roof panels from fitting properly. Additionally, the holes in the top tiles didn't line up exactly with the main roof panels, even though the panels lined up with the trusses and walls. The window latches were also difficult to turn, and I had to trim the plastic inserts significantly to get them to work. I'll need to contact Lifetime to get a couple of replacement windows due to a manufacturing defect. Despite these minor issues, I'm satisfied with the shed overall. I did have some difficulty putting most of it together alone. The doors absolutely require two people, so it's definitely easier with help throughout. I'm glad I received good help with the doors. I didn't need to level or have any issues with the door assembly. I love the rolling double door and single door. It's great to open it up in nice weather and makes it convenient for ventilation when using a table saw and then blowing out the sawdust. The directions, YouTube video, and BILT app were helpful and straightforward. If you have DIY experience, it's not overwhelming, but it's still a big project that took me a full workweek to complete. There were a lot of screws and bolts, and it was much more time-consuming than the two other plastic sheds I've built before. I will be pulling an electric permit to run a subpanel for power and lights. I will also be building an internal wood frame. I am grateful for the product.. Benny. Portland, OR. Tue Apr 02 2024

The convenient, centralized location of the doors allows for easy access to your storage without having to climb over things to reach items stored in the back. Lovely shed! It was just the size we were looking for. We watched several YouTube videos on how to assemble and it helped. It was a bear to put together, things didn't line up always and so we had to bang them into place. As for it being water tight, fingers crossed, only time will tell. We built it on a raised lumber platform on top of cement pavers.. Elizabeth. Placentia, CA. Sat Mar 14 2026

Made in USA! As of today, my shed is 90% assembled. Not too physically difficult to put together but definitely need two people. It is very sturdy and looks great. It is very spacious and has great ventilation. At first the front doors were hard to align. We needed to adjust the alignment with some shims. Love the sturdiness with the metal frames it comes with. Has withstood some strong winds and it is still standing. Anonymous. Mon Jun 22 2026

Took my time setting up a level base (plywood) and setting up the shed. Instructions state "3 people are needed", but was able to do it myself, being careful and following each instruction step closely. Ended up with no leftover parts and a nice shed that did not leak water in a recent storm. Having a level base is very important so the parts will go together easier and doors will fit together properly.. Dennis. Portland, OR. Sat May 17 2025

So far so good. So far, Wayfair has done everything we asked of them and kept us up to date with appropriate notifications. Our shed just got delivered today, which is 2 weeks earlier than anticipated, and the delivery team was very friendly, competent and punctual. They exceeded our expectations. Now we wait to get the shed assembled which is a great service for Wayfair to offer since no local contractors want to deal with as quickly as Wayfair. I will return and ammend with images when assembly is complete. Mark. Trumbull, CT. Tue Oct 20 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent SHED. Perfect for outdoors and tools. After a full raining day, no wather inside and the water flows super easy on the sides. i planed to put a lock but looks strong and secure and the two ventilation windows keep it fresh inside. Only one issue and it was my fault. i loose the two bushings AHO and the two AHP from model 60396 to suport the two doors and now its imposible to get those doors lined up. See picture attached. Any way i can purchase the replacement parts?. Matojo. Cape Coral, FL. Mon Jun 29 2026

These were the best and most thorough assembly instructions I have come across. It shows the love that Lifetime employees put into their products. A manual full of instructions and clear illustrations. There was no missing hardware and the resulting building looks great and ready to be packed with items. You might be able to find a cheaper storage building, but I would question whether its quality or looks can compare to my Lifetime buildings. All I get are complements. Good job Lifetime and thank you!. Elias Victor. Miami, FL. Fri Mar 14 2025
