I had wanted to replace my old roasting pan for a while and when I saw Anolon had theirs on sale, I jumped on it. I have had my Anolon cookware for 27 years and they are still in near perfect condition. This roaster is of the same high quality craftsmanship. Do yourself a favor and pick one up. Avid griller and used to taking care of a grill. I love the Broil King grills and this is my second one. I ordered Cast Iron Grates for this one due to better searing qualities, but have been sadly disappointed, I season them about every 4-6 months and they are still rusting away.
