I love these placemats. They came inside a box and then in another slimmer box that I can use to store them in until winter. The size is just right and the colors are vibrant and clear. Something I would not have thought about but there is a warning on the box that they are made with paper and must be careful around candles. I have loved these dishes/pattern for a very long time. They are beautiful and ALSO dishwasher safe!! I rarely use my other Christmas china because of all the handwashing involved.
