This is an absolutely great sectional. It was so easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow and I did it alone and took less than an hour. Overall I love this sectional. The color is a gorgeous dark bluish gray (it’s darker than it comes through in my photos). This is a very firm sofa, so if you like sofas that you sink into, this isn’t it! I do wish the seats were deeper. It is a more compact sectional, though, so I guess that makes sense. The pull out bed option is great for guests or cozy movie nights. It pulls out nice and smoothly. I also really like the storage under the chaise as well as the middle cushion that folds down with a charger and cup holders. Assembly was pretty easy. I picked it because a lot of the reviews said that the cushions were firm and not soft and I wanted to ensure it lasted me the 3 years I’d be int rh little apartment I was in. I will say it IS more firm than I expected, almost 3 years and haven’t softened up any, but I prefer that over them flattening out and becoming thin and very uncomfortable. We loved this couch the minute it got delivered and still do a month later. We were hesitant to purchase without seeingsitting in it in person, plus we couldn’t find any reviews online and it’s a higher price, but can confirm it’s worth it! The material is soft but not plush, durable but not rough. Cushionssitting is comfortable from right out of the box but not super squishy. It feels quality. The back cushions are loose (see pic) and bottom are attached with strong Velcro. The arm rests are my favorite part! There’s a comfortable cushion one next to a harder more stable one (see pic). Was delivered in two large pieces and assembled quickly with a latch. Long-term I’m keeping an eye out on the corner with the chaise getting a little too sunken. The only reason it’s 4 not 5 stars is the wood on the legs. Pictures made it seem like it’d be a chestnut wood but it’s actually grey. Other than that it’s a great couch and we’re very happy!!. This couch is great! The color is stunning, the cushions are full and don’t sink in, and it is very comfortable. The reason for 4 stars is that the back cushions are a little thin, but it sits very deep which is something I was looking for. I also recommend paying the extra 100 for professional assembly. The leather on this couch has held up really well, but the “button” divot has popped out in a few areas. The couch is sturdy, but the arms are kind of high and hard to rest your head on.
