Well I didn't actually get the chair I ordered, but I got it's big brother. I ordered two chairs, one with a tall back and one with shorter back. I received two of the taller back chairs. I am still going to give this chair 5 stars though because it is nearly identical to the taller back chair. That chair is beautiful and super comfortable. It is definitely worth the price. I give Wayfair, however, one star because of how they dealt with the issue. I was directed to text the AI bot and it was absolutely the worst. It was extremely slow talking like 5 minutes between texts and the texts were terrible canned answers and not helpful. So I ended up giving up and just keeping the taller back chair. I got the Genuine Leather Executive Chair for my home office. Overall, it looks very fancy, contemporary, and sturdy. But there are some flaws: the swivel base came scratched, and some chrome parts were already peeled. Also, the adjustment buttons could have a better finish. For an almost $1,000 chair, these things shouldn't happen. However, the leather feels amazing and appears to have great quality. The colors are great, and the back of the chair is also very cool. The chair looks like a luxury car seat! The assembly is a little tricky; we spent a couple of minutes trying to figure out the best position to put the back together.. Giovana. Macomb, MI.
