I’m conflicted on how I feel about this chair. Putting it together was not the easiest thing, especially the backrest as the holes this not quite lined up but with a little force it worked out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is definitely easier on my back than most office chairs. The worst thing about this chair is how adjustable the arm rests are. They move in just about EVERY direction and putting too much of your weight on them will make them go down without hitting the release button. It’s definitely easier to clean than fabric office chairs but someone got a drop of cleaner on the cushion and it appeared to permanently damage it. You have to be careful what you clean it with. These are sturdy and reliable chairs. Materials are high quality and still look great after two years. I use them for group therapy, and my patients sit in them for hours at a time without complaint.
