Also there was a small blemish or scuff on one of the arms. The wood is beautilful and the legs were easy to assemble. It came with a product care booklet and instructions. First, the Good the chair looks great and is a fantastic option for a small room. The bottom cushion is soft and supports me at a 200 pounds. I love the fold out side table on the right. The mechanism is solid and very stable. It’s easy to put together, and is solidly built. The not so good it’s small. It does not sit that high off the ground so make sure you look at the measurements before purchasing. I am 6’2” and my knees bend up as the seat is lower than a traditional chair. Also, I’ve tried my best to love it as it does look good in the space, but it’s just not a comfortable chair. The back does not have a lot of padding and is very stiff. The armrest are more narrow than my wrist so you can’t put anything on it. I think if this is a chair to put in a small space, and will not be used often, then this is a perfect buy. First, the Good the chair looks great and is a fantastic option for a small room. The bottom cushion is soft and supports me at a 200 pounds. I love the fold out side table on the right. The mechanism is solid and very stable. It’s easy to put together, and is solidly built. The not so good it’s small. It does not sit that high off the ground so make sure you look at the measurements before purchasing. I am 6’2” and my knees bend up as the seat is lower than a traditional chair. Also, I’ve tried my best to love it as it does look good in the space, but it’s just not a comfortable chair. The back does not have a lot of padding and is very stiff. The armrest are more narrow than my wrist so you can’t put anything on it. I think if this is a chair to put in a small space, and will not be used often, then this is a perfect buy. Piece looks beautiful. It is much more "heavier" looking than I thought, although very easy to move. The design is also very beautiful when looking at it extremely closely, which I was not expecting b/c it was hard to see on the website.
