Perfect! This chair worked out for us so well I bought a 2nd. I tried out a similar looking chair in the furniture store that was about 2000. The 2k chair was definitely more cushy comfortable but the look is the same. This chair is a little firm but is wide , deep and back support high enough to be comfortable. The assembly wasnt as easy as some upholstery chairs Ive purchased but it wasnt complicated. I ended up turning the chair over and putting part of it on my sofa to attach the back. The footprint had to be small, without compromising on quality, comfort or aesthetics. The Alizeh fit the bill perfectly, in terms of dimensions, looks, material and craftsmanship. It's genuine wood and genuine leather, low slung and very comfortable for extended reading sessions. Cons - the packaging is extremely rudimentary (zero cushioning inside the box) and the first chair arrived with the front right leg completely broken. The color, style, and dimensions are as expected. It was well packaged and delivery went well. Room for improvement on the quality. The brads are not straight and go in wavy lines. They skimped on the fabric and there is one spot where they didn't have enough to fold under the brad. There is also a small scratch in the leather that almost goes through to become a tear and a couple of small scratches and dings on the legs. It appears to be solid construction although a little out of square and one leg sits a half inch off the ground, but levels out to touch the floor when I sit in the chair. Hopefully it settles square on the floor with time. It will do if you have little attention to detail, but cheap Chinese manufacturing for this price point is disappointing.. Katie. Lebanon, NH.
