It was left at my fromt door. I'm a female senior of 71 years old and I was able to slide the box inside , thank goodness with no issues. Unboxing was easy, assembly was so easy as well. The chair itself is exactly what I wanted. Kicking back to recline is easy , doesn't take much and sitting back up is simple. Now I'm barely 5 ft, weight 138lbs. I really do not recommend this chair for tall people or heavy set people. When I lay back my head sits at the top of the chair and my feet hang off the chair. So I can't imagine this chair being comfortable for tall people or bigger people. It is perfect for a small person like myself. But hey I guess if anyone wants to take a chance by all means. Lastly I am concerned that with some use the print looks like it may wear off. I can't be certain about that. Hope this helps anyone who may be comptemplating purchasing these chairs. Love my chairs, they fit very well if my family were very easy to assemble the only downside the back of the chairs has a one and a 1/2 inch gap that if you pull them up against the wall, you're not able to say it. Unfortunately, my chairs will not be up against the wall, so you can see it. The birds pattern chair is very beautiful, packaged well and super easy to assemble. It's a bit on the small side and the arms are awkwardly low but it's a sturdy chair that has a pretty design with classic shape, nice fabric, firm cushions. The legs are a nice touch.
