I love this so much, however it was so damaged upon arrival. I am waiting to hear from customer support- I have had pieces parts all over my house since last week. I hope the replacement is in better shape. I was able to get one side and the corner together and it looks so great and is a comfortable firm seat. The other half has a busted frame, and a torn corner. The half I assembled had sticky stuff all over the back. Hoping to remove it with goo b gone- but that’s not right for a brand new piece of furniture. Also- I assembled it myself! The biggest problem with this item was the false advertisement. In the images it shows that the corner bench can be arranged 2 different ways. This is not true, the pieces cannot rotate as such to have the corner piece be any other way. I wanted the longer side on the right, however it can only be setup where the longer side is on the back, if that makes sense. Also, I purchased this as an open box item because I was assured it would be free of damages and whatnot. Absolutely not true. 3 of the 4 legs it came with were broken and was missing all of the hardware and instructions. Wayfair has refunded me, but was such a waste of time. Regardless of open box, had I purchased this full price and then couldn't position it the way it's displayed in photos, I would have been extremely upset. All in all, 0/10, do not recommend..
