On another note, if you plan to purchase this ottoman please learn from my errors. I stupidly had this thing delivered to my job thinking it would be safer that way. I had envisioned some random Furniture Bandit coming by and stealing it right off my porch, so I thought "I know. I'll just have it delivered to my work….Brilliant!" Big mistake. That sucker is HEAVY! At least for one person… There's is no way a single would-be thief would've been able to steal this thing without a lot of cursing, sweating and grunting from exertion thus alerting all to his presence. In a word "Solid." Had to borrow a dolly from work and then beg a neighbor to help me get it up the stairs. Once inside, though it was easy. It was only a matter of putting the legs on and poof! UPDATE 1/8/2024: Issue has been resolved thanks to Wayfair Customer Service finally coming through and doing what they promised. They sent a replacement unit that appears to be more sturdy than the original. Updating to 4 stars because Wayfair ultimately made it right, even though it took more work than it should have. ——————————— UPDATE 12/28/2023: Issue is still not resovled after weeks of working with Wayfair. They refuse to stand behind this product or help me resolve my issue. They gave me two phone numbers for the manufacturer; one that went straight to voicemail, and another that was disconnected. Wayfair and the manufacturer continue to disregard my issue. They keep telling me "my happiness matters" but have done nothing productive to resolve my issue. ---------------- ORIGINAL Review: Metal frame is unstable and literally broke apart less than 8 months after purchase. Very disappointed with this product and with Wayfair. I contacted customer service, as no piece of furniture (metal at that) should break in such a short period of time. Wayfair would only provide me with a phone number for the manufacturer. They would not answer the phone and only allowed me to leave a voicemail.
