Counter or bar height stools are an easy upgrade to make if you’re remodeling or an easy fix if you’re moving and haven’t purchased your dining room furniture yet. Polyester upholstery is water repellent, stain resistant, budget friendly, and less prone to discoloration. I highly recommend these linen-seat, wood-frame bar stools. They're fabulous, and during the Christmas in July sale, they were also an unbelievable deal. That Wayfair offers furniture made of natural materials safe for those with allergies and sensitivities to synthetics is one reason I keep returning to them. Here's one of them, which I've been using all day. My husband is assembling the other, a process which he says is very easy,. Michelle. Charlottesville, VA. Thu Jul 30 2026

Lovely stool for my kitchen counter. It is a little shorter than expected. However, it should do the trick. The stool came very quickly and putting it together was super simple. I had to connect 4 screws from the base to the seat. It might’ve been the easiest thing I’ve ever built from Wayfair. I’m really happy with this stool!. Stacie. Canton, MI. Sat May 30 2026

Bring comfort, function, and modern style to your kitchen island or counter-height dining space with this 26" swivel counter stool. Designed with a curved, wraparound back for extra support, it offers a smooth 360° swivel that lets you move easily while chatting or dining. A solid wood base adds warmth and stability, while the thoughtfully placed footrest provides added comfort during long sitting sessions. This counter stool blends contemporary lines with durable materials, making it a versatile upgrade for any home.

I really like the shape and design of the stool, and it feels well made. Unfortunately, the Capri Blue upholstery looks much more muted and dusty in person than I expected from the photos. Combined with the coarse tweed texture, it almost gives the impression that the fabric needs to be vacuumed even though the stool is brand new.. Svetlana. MA. Thu Sep 10 2026
