I bought this for one of my Airbnb’s. Installation took about an hour with 2 people and was easier than I anticipated. Ok…. The directions are 27 pages long. I almost hired someone to put it together until I unboxed it, and it wasn’t that bad. Now…. Though, it took me almost 3 hours, and the directions say 30 minutes ( but that’s with2 people and I’m sure it could get done faster. okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. This couch is amazing! Very comfortable and and sturdy. I am 5’ 5” and the cushions reach the back of my knees. There is ample storage space assembly. The directions were missing the specific instructions for doing this configuration but other than that, we were able to put the pieces of the couch together and figure out how to click them together...
