I liked it so much I bought two. My very good friends just got a new house and a new baby. So I bought them this chair in grey. And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown. It’s swivels beautifully and rocks great Even the massage is much better than I expected and hits right at the right spots. I’m 5’4. The heat is quit subtle but will feel great in winter. This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. The couch is comfortable. The material is very soft. It arrived in three boxes. If you’re not that tall, your feet won’t touch the ground. However the sofa slides out making it like a shorter version of a chaise. That is a great feature. It has two storage spaces that aren’t that big but adequate. Once assembled the sofa is a mediocre sofa due to the fact that there isn’t any way to make the back cushions look neat and perfect. It may take time before they fluff up a little more. The headrests don’t seat all the way in which is frustrating, but you can arrange the material to cover it. The sofa comes with two matching throw pillows, but I will be adding my own. The assembly instructions are not the best, but we figured it out through patience. Some of the cushion slides are hidden in the couch, and I feel that the manufacturer should have noted that in the installation book. It took us quite a while to figure that out. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. Exactly as I expected by the description on the website. I need this type of chair for my back and this exceeded my expectations. I love the cup holders and the foot padding, but wait the icing on the cake was the eye mask and ear plugs….genius idea! I so glad I bought these and the price couldn’t be beat for this type of patio recliner!! I love it, opened right out of the box and the cushions are perfect. The chair is very nice and the quality seems to be good also. For me, the massage feature is just a little bit too intense on my back. I really liked the zero gravity feature. . The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!.
